Emirates Campaign

At Microsoft Advertising, we worked to develop the user experience for a rich, multi-screen campaign for Emirates Airlines to reach travelers in an engaging way and help them find, buy and plan epic travel experiences augmented by the broad reach of Microsoft’s technology portfolio. The targeted campaign brought to life a personalized communication strategy based on customer based on expressed interest and intent, and delivered content over connected screens on the desktop, mobile and Xbox (home). Microsoft’s Cortana digital assistant was engaged to identify intriguing local content and assist with planning the entertainment, and enticing offers presented during Skype chat sessions further enhance the customer experience throughout the course of her journey.
